梁芳瑜老師從小立志進入教職， 且以榜首成績通過臺北市教師甄試，在國文教師的崗位上12年。她選擇離開不是因為不想再當老師，而是現階段她看到許多老師難為之處，也在教育現場感受到許多消磨與健康警訊。在離職後，她寫下這本《當我告別教職：一位離職教師的沉痛告白與深情祝福》，指出了許多第一線老師遇到的困境，以及在觀念上可以做出的轉變。
本集就請芳瑜老師來談她仍然熱愛的教育一職，以及她對未來自己、以及大家的期許。
