身為長女，拿起《長女病》這本書的時候，心裡有種熟悉的感覺。
雖然我自己因為身體不好，反而是比較被照顧的那一個，
但書裡談到的「長女的責任感」與「被期待成為奉獻角色的女性」，還是讓我很有感觸。
這本書其實不只是寫給長女的，
而是寫給被社會期待「要堅強、要懂事」的我們。
那種被溫柔框住的壓力，或許都值得被看見。

我有每天工作前爬山的習慣，除了聽音樂，還會聽這個節目，喜歡閱讀的我，這張會因為在這節目中聽到一段主持人分享的摘文，下山後去買來看。
時常聽到有人說，書架擺不下新書，或是沒時間讀完整本書，所以就不再買書了。我覺得很可惜。
生命中很多變化，都不是清晰可見。閱讀也是，讀一本書和看一部電影一樣，我認為只要某一頁文章，或某一句台詞，因此影響了我們人生往更好的方向，那就值得了。
