Listened in on an episode and it was a surprisingly biased view. You’d think academics would invite opposing views but I guess that would hinder their predetermined views.
As an educator and parent, I always feel better informed after listening. The hosts bring a wealth of knowledge to their discussion, a mix of academic and real-world experiences, and honest opinions about the role of schooling in our fragile democracy.
Latest episode dısappointing. Neoliberal twaddle. Education as replacement for class struggle. Educator as social equaliser.
I’m always surprised by the wide range of issues and topics covered each week, yet the thoroughness of their research and understanding. They don’t simply regurgitate headlines or points you’d see elsewhere, they bring unique insights which I’m not otherwise exposed to.
