I have been a listener for a very long time and have always felt inspired by Kelly. I saw the host of this podcast leave a nasty comment to an influencer Cecily Bachmann. I was shocked.

Very disappointed. Kelly tears down other women. Going to stop listening to telling my friends to do the same

  • Great podcast if you can keep up

Hi all ! To be honest , it was hard for me to keep up with the episodes because Kelly speaks extra fast. However the content kept me interested and I ended up getting used to her voice and fast pace. Every episode, I saw myself thinking in all the days I screamed at my kids and how I regretted. I’m a calm person but my twin boys would get me out of my comfort zone. I listened carefully and learned to connect to my kids. Some days are harder then the other but it’s definitely getting better and ... more

  • Loving it

I love this podcast because Kelly is always genuine in her teaching, she is not trying to be perfect, she is not giving you a lesson, she is genuinely sharing what made a difference in her life and made her the mum, partner, individual she is today. Her generosity, her spontaneity, her true passion for the subject is what makes it so special. I have learned so much, I am for ever grateful.

300: Conscious Parenting POV: Lily
Q: How do you feel like kids respond to yelling?
If I have coaches or teachers just yell at me, I lose a lot of respect for them.
300: Conscious Parenting POV: Lily
Q: What about, do you ever use love and logic, giving them choices and stuff like that?
Yeah, I do choices a lot. Getting them dressed, I'll do choices. And what they want to eat, I'll give them choices. And honestly, I feel like that also calms it down.
330: Enjoying Your Kids
Q: What would you say for every parent or soon to be parent that they should really focus on in creating for their children?
Focus on creating a secure attachment, allowing emotional expression, and addressing your own issues to avoid passing on trauma.
