    A friend recommended that I listen to the Happy Hormones Podcast,and I didn't know what to expect. After a couple of episodes though it all made sense. It's like having having friendly conversation with a health savvy friend over a cup of coffee. The episodes are short and sweet leaving you with nuggets that you can take action on immediately
