  • Psychedelics

I was loving this podcast until drugs entered the conversation. Can we stop normalizing psychedelics please. The county is facing a very real opioid epidemic. People are dying. And you want to talk about introducing psychedelics as a way to promote happiness like it’s a casual conversation. Bye.

  • Great ear noise

I have pared back my podcasts, am very selective about what noise I allow into my ears. Happy Enough came at the exact right moment for me, as the world is in the midst of the infliction of intentional pain and suffering. Thank you Garvia and G&M team

  • I felt happier after listening, really!

This was in my Decibel feed and it felt like what I needed, without even knowing it. The news these days (March 2025) is often bleak it is good to sometimes think of something else. Not in a Pollyannish way, but to maintain balance. I genuinely like all the people who are featured and I can take something I have learned, or need reminding of, and incorporate it into my daily life. This couldn’t have dropped at a better time.
