So glad you are back again!!! Love the show!
I love Happiness Spells! The most recent episode, “what your hands have done”, feels special to me. I acquired an autoimmune disorder this year that severely limited my use of my hands. I was unable to handwrite, draw or paint, type normally, wash dishes, etc. I am doing well with medication and have regained most of my ability in my hands. Listening to this episode is a beautiful moment of gratitude for me. Thank you, Amanda!
It works to go to sleep listening to a lovely friend. Creates Vivid thoughts and all the senses.
I love this podcast as a meditation, a send off to bed, and also a source of writing prompt ideas. So peaceful, so lovely.
Really special. Love it.
