  • Disappointing stereotyping

    I was very much enjoying this podcast (and have listened to several episodes and found them interesting) until the anger episode. I was very disappointed by Dr Puff’s comments about “psychopaths in prison who feel no remorse”. This is a very generalist, ill informed comment and I would have expected a doctor to have a more inclusive and empathetic understanding of the prison system. As someone who works directly with ex-offenders and employs people who have found themselves in prison, I can say ... more

  • Therapy for my soul, I always share it to everyone

    Dr Robert Puff is philosophical and healing. He is short and thurough with each episode. I learn a lot from him and I feel peace when I listen to him. Since become a mom of two, being newly married and owning my own business, I’ve felt my mental health become in constant survival mode. I need peace and healing. Becoming a parent in this scary world has had its challenges.
