They speak from the perspective gained through hundreds of campaigns for offices from City Hall to the White House. So if you want to know what’s really going on behind the scenes, where strategic decisions are being made, pull up a stool for Hacks on Tap. Incisive, sometimes uproarious and always... more

I am long time listener and have found the podcast hugely valuable, informative and entertaining. There does though seem to have been a shift in tone in the last years. David Axelrod is coming across as increasingly snippy, dominant and occasionally patronising to the other hosts and sometimes guests. This can make the podcast an awkward listen. Can something please be done about this. Murphy keeps it necessarily light and the show is always poorer without him.
He’s so rude to Axe. Ruins a once good show.
Heilemann repeats himself so much that he is not listenable. His verbal habits come across as attempts to fill time.

Look, we already have one conman and a horde of liars ... more
