  • Great interviewers facilitate and ask beautiful questions

John would be so effective if he talked less and spent less time showing off all he knows and let the guest be the star and excavate what they have to say. Fewer words. Better questions. We know you are well read John. You

don’t have to show it off in every appearance or interview. The guests are great. Let them

Be great and share more air.

  • Great Show, Bad Episode

Love JHeil, but the episode with Josh Steiner was a total waste of time. Pompous, ponderous preppie tediously talked about a big nothingburger with no real insight. JHeil no doubt doing an old pal a solid to flog a soggy book. Just avoid.

  • Not reporting what should be reported

I’ve been following you for many years. You’re my number one go to Guy for reality. My question to you is why does the mainstream media not want to cover the JFK assassination? You must admit it’s a rather fascinating murder mystery to say the least. It would be nice to see you take it on seriously because there’s so much more to it. The future was changed on November 22, 1963.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Jacob Frey: “If You Come For One of Us, You’re Coming for All of Us”
Q: Do you think ICE is reformable, or should it be abolished as some Democrats propose?
The interviewee argued that abolishing ICE entirely is a position held by some opponents, but suggested a reform path that changes leadership, structure, and accountability while maintaining essential enforcement functions at the policy level, not by outsourcing to other agencies.
John Ellis: The Escalation Trap & The TACO Temptation
Q: B. Do you think Trump is lying or simply deluded about the energy and market implications of the conflict?
They discuss the difference between public statements and realities on the ground, with some skepticism about Trump's messaging and a focus on what the data and actions suggest about the situation.
John Ellis: The Escalation Trap & The TACO Temptation
Q: A. Do you agree with Trump's characterization of the war's status as being vastly different from credible sources?
Ellis emphasizes watching actions over words and points to the aggressive military posturing and large-force mobilization as the real indicator, while noting uncertainty around specifics.
Richard Blumenthal: Vanity & Vengeance in the Oval Office, Chaos & Confusion in Iran
Q: How do you view the governance of ICE and what reforms are essential?
I believe ICE must be restructured with real reforms like body cameras, judicial warrants, and standard operating procedures applied across federal policing, with accountability for civil rights violations.
Richard Blumenthal: Vanity & Vengeance in the Oval Office, Chaos & Confusion in Iran
Q: What are your concerns about boots on the ground in Iran and the potential for escalation?
I am deeply worried about putting troops on the ground without a clear endgame, and I believe the administration has not laid out a credible plan or sufficient cost figures to justify such actions.
