  • Ridicules absolutely Ridicules.

They break ALL medical information into mindless metaphors. “shift the circuit board? “(I checked the X-ray, no circuit board detected. breath better. So breathing cures Lyme…….? “At war with your body?” “Have Hard conversations with yourself?” Organic bone broth? “Your gut is a mirror of the skin” (Btw:a mirror is the mirror to the skin)”your skin sends “Text messages” to your brain.” “Organs want to do the team work” (Organs want things?)……. Lots of talking, without saying anything at all. Fel... more

  • Life changing

I have been sick for over 15 years. I’ve been to specialist, functional medicine doctor, holistic practitioner, chiropractors, nutritionist, acupuncturist, etc. No one had been able to help guide me on how to heal my body. I have positive test for mold, Lyme, EBV, heavy metals, and parasites. I’ve known this for years, but yet to find a practitioner that can guide me on how to resolve it. My body is getting worse. It effects my nervous system, endocrine system, gastrointestinal, and now my organ... more

  • Autism isn’t a disease

Lots of good info, but they continually refer to autism as a disease and insinuate this is something gut health can prevent or cure. As an autistic person, it’s unlistenable and offensive. Which is unfortunate because many autistic people have gut issues that need addressing without being dehumanized.

Why Healing Protocols Fail — And How to Finally Make Them Work
Q: Why do you think a lot of people struggle to follow healing plans?
People often create a lot of stress and expectations around needing to follow a perfect protocol, which can overwhelm their nervous system. Instead of relying on willpower or discipline, it's essential to understand emotional drivers and how the body communicates its needs.
Understanding Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS) with Dr. Brian Rodgers
Q: What are some symptoms that could chime people in to think they might have SERS?
Symptoms can include sudden weight gain, chronic fatigue, muscle pain, brain fog, and gut problems that do not improve with standard protocols.
Understanding Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS) with Dr. Brian Rodgers
Q: Can you just explain to people, give everyone a 101 on what SERS is?
SERS happens in about 20 to 25% of the people and is usually triggered by genetic predisposition, mold exposure, and certain infections.
Mitochondria Under Siege: How Pathogens and Toxins Sabotage Your Cellular Powerhouses
Q: What is the relationship between toxins and mitochondrial dysfunction?
Toxins can enter the body and create an inflammatory cascade that damages the mitochondria, leading to functional impairments.
How Mindset is Sabotaging Your Healing Journey with Britt Lefkoe
Q: Why do we self-sabotage in our healing?
It stems from subconscious belief patterns and the need for safety, which often conflict with the behaviors necessary for healing.
