Hallo! Vielen Dank das es diesen Podcast gibt!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ich habe seit ungefähr 1 Jahr Schlafstörungen. Ich brauche meistens über eine halbe Stunde einzuschlafen und wache in der Nacht oft auf. Naja jedenfalls brauchte ich eine ruhige und entspannte stimme die mir was erzählt und ja das habe ich hier gefunden. Das einzige blöde ist das die Folgen immer sehr kurz sind. Ich finde diesen Podcast sehr entspannend. Immer wenn mein kleiner Bruder und ich bei unserer Oma sind und dort für eine Nacht bleiben, will mein kleiner Bruder nie schlafen. Dann hab ich diesen Podcast entdeckt und er schlief sofort ein. Ich selbst bin sogar schon früher als er eingeschlafen. Gerade wo ich dass hier schreibe da höre ich Folge 7.
