Die beruhigende Wirkung der angenehmen Stimmen wird durch die Hintergrundmusik mit penetrantem Dauerton zunichte gemacht, jede Entspannung geht verloren und eine gewisse Reizbarkeit entsteht. Der Podcast hilft mir daher nicht mehr beim Einschlafen. Wenn es doch mal fast gelingt zum Ende der Erzählung einzuschlummern, zerstört die nachfolgende Musik mit ihrer Lautstärke diese Ruhe.
