  • So good!

Love this podcast so much! Been listening for months. Started with episode one and just finished the most recent. In a world full of confusing misinformation, these ladies break it down. So many helpful tips and words of encouragement.

  • What am I listening ?

I came across this podcast and I was super excited because I am super interested about this topic. However I downloaded an episode (9/13/23) and there was zero information in the podcast, just 2 girls chatting their problems? I didn’t learn anything. Maybe I download the wrong episode but I don’t know … someone please tell me which episode should I download because this 4.9 star doesn’t make sense.

  • Macros

Recently became a listener! I’ve found a lot of information in this podcast. I love how how honest and up front both of you ladies are. I would like to request an episode about macros and calculating them. I have been recently struggling to figure out calories I need to eat as someone who works out for 1-1.5 hours 4-5 days a week in strength training. Also, what under eating and/or over eating can do to your goals. <3
