    I love listening to this podcast and it has really helped me learn and understand IBS and how it affects everyone differently.

    It has allowed me to implement impactful changes within my lifestyle whilst being entertained by the lovely Atavia. You wouldn’t think that after struggling with symptoms and being consistently told by doctors to try peppermint capsules for years that you would be able to laugh along with easily digestible knowledge/tips that the podcast provides!
