I enjoy the podcast but the interruptions in the background are extremely distracting. I listened to one today and there was door opening sounds followed by a discussion followed by the sound of clapping hands. Good podcast but it could be great. Thank you.

The background noise was one thing. But your kids yelling in the background about a toilet light and then you yelling at them to ‘shut it’, can’t say I had any ‘healing’ from this episode. Actually feel a lot worse!

Throughout the meditation I could hear paper rustling & pages turning & other muffled noises. At one stage kids voices were heard in the background, followed by loud claps & shooshing jerking me from the meditation.
