    I’ve been listening to this podcast since it started 1 year ago and I have truly enjoyed it. It’s entertaining and sooo informative. I’ve learned so much about healthful living, the microbiome, nutrition, menopause ( pre, during, and post), and just generally good information, tips and entertainment thru Barbara’s questions to her guests and her cheerful positive attitude. I highly recommend this podcast!
