This podcast was a great length, perfectly fitting into a treadmill session at the gym. Listening for the first time to the August 2025 episode about feedback, I appreciated how the hosts explained the topic’s importance, gave direction in its execution, offered an example, and debriefed the situation. The succinct format makes these episodes great conversation connectors for team meetings. Teams can grow further together.
