Appreciate the effort, the voice needs to be worked on. At times it can be annoying and grating.
Historical horror? Count me in! Both stories are fun yet could've been a bit better. For example, Herder's Hill middle part with the endless descriptions of the rooms show knowledge about archeology but it's not very streamlined. I do hope for more stories though because it's still great stuff.
I usually don’t listen to audio dramas that have only one narrator/voice actor with limited sound effects but the way this story was told was like listening to a horrific campfire story that you can’t stop listening to. The grotesque and vile elements of the story was disturbing and I couldn’t push pause. Great story
I really enjoyed this podcast. Short and sweet. Perfect for that solo road trip to listen in the car or to listen on a long flight.
Great story. The perfect podcast to binge. Intelligent and captivating.
Wow...it doesn’t take long to realize there’s some advanced storytelling happening here. From the authentic setting and character building to the finely crafted tension & foreshadowing along the way. And while the sound editing really does help bring a subtle professionalism to the sound, what sells it is the world built in the listeners mind (which makes the horror all the more....horrific!)
Well done!
I'm reviewing this after GN's first serial and must say, it was excellent! Moody, spooky, mysterious and curious. Looking forward to more!
Creepy, and thrilling it’s everything I want in a horror story and more! The addition of some ancient horrors brings a unique and welcomed perspective and I personally can’t wait to hear more
This is satisfying all of my morbid, spooky ancient history cravings and it’s only part one! This is already so incredible I can’t wait for more!!
