I’ve always thought I would love to put Toni in my pocket and listen to her talk for more than a small video clip of her beautiful dance moves and splooging mind. The two of them together is gyration in your pocket like you’d never imagined. I have been thinking I would love to have friends like them that I can be my complete self around and then I found this podcast which affirms to be they exist. It’s not only healing but hilarious. What more could you expect?

  • Enlightening, challenging, beautiful

So grateful for these women and this podcast!!! Gnarly girls has me laughing, crying, facing my shadows (and those of our social systems), and reconnecting with my inner divinity🪷 A must-listen for those of us interested in dismantling our programming and asking who we really are before the system told us who to be.

  • Snow White & The Seven Ahas: A Fairy Tale of Woke & Wonder

Toni Nagy and Blood, Bone & Honey have officially shattered the enchanted mirror—and good luck gluing that thing back together. This episode is a full-contact fairy tale deconstruction, tackling privilege, power, and race with the energy of a stand-up set at an ayahuasca retreat.

    It’s got everything:

✅ Raw truth wrapped in jokes sharp enough to cut through the illusion

✅ Philosophical chaos with a sprinkle of unhinged genius

✅ A reality check so strong, even Snow White would have to wake up for... more
