Hmm where to begin. Toni, you’ve put into words many thoughts I’ve had and had been afraid to discuss. In the last couple of years I’ve been working on being honest…with myself and having those discussions so your podcasts are dope food for thought and help me. I relate a lot and/or find myself really pondering the various topics you chat about. Also, I appreciate your humor, your candor and your willingness to Dive into hard topics. And by hard I mean uncomfy. Thanks for the time and energy you... more
Really inspiring. Allows my brain a place to weave together my fragmented feelings about terrible political goings on and our beautiful magical capacity for creativity and healing. These often feel split within me but when I listen to Toni it makes more sense. I can breathe a little more. I’ve been shaking/twerking more and it helps me feel alive and flowing.
I’ve been a follower on social media for years and now I get to hear more of Toni’s thoughts! I absolutely love listening :) So glad you made a podcast…keep it up xo
Toni’s candor and openness about topics is refreshing!

The show centers on candid conversations about culture, politics, feminism, sexuality, and personal healing, often through a provocative, humorous lens. Episodes pair provocative takes on current events with practical relationship advice, activism, and explorations of identity, power, and community. The host's unapologetic, conversational style invites listeners to question mainstream narratives, engage in difficult topics, and consider how individual choices intersect with larger social systems. A standout trait is the mix of sharp critique, humor, and a call to embodied action and personal growth, which can feel both provocative and empowering for engaged audiences.
