Hmm where to begin. Toni, you’ve put into words many thoughts I’ve had and had been afraid to discuss. In the last couple of years I’ve been working on being honest…with myself and having those discussions so your podcasts are dope food for thought and help me. I relate a lot and/or find myself really pondering the various topics you chat about. Also, I appreciate your humor, your candor and your willingness to Dive into hard topics. And by hard I mean uncomfy. Thanks for the time and energy you... more

  • I’m addicted to this pod

Really inspiring. Allows my brain a place to weave together my fragmented feelings about terrible political goings on and our beautiful magical capacity for creativity and healing. These often feel split within me but when I listen to Toni it makes more sense. I can breathe a little more. I’ve been shaking/twerking more and it helps me feel alive and flowing.

A friend recommended this. Information accuracy: 1 star

    Entertainment value: 2 star

Host is confused why we invaded Afghanistan after 9/11. Host accurately noted most hijackers were Saudis, but didn’t have the wherewithal to understand that Al-Qaeda leadership planned it from Afghanistan. BTW Al-Qaeda ran the country. Host forgot that it was Iraq that we “accidentally” went into to support the military industrial complex. But I still stuck around to the end of the podcast to learn from the host ... more
