There is so much heaviness in our feeds, news cycle, everywhere you turn, and this podcast makes me feel like I’m taking off my dirty sheets and puttin on a fresh set. Light, but very relevant, and a nice way to hit the refresh button when your brain feels like it might explode. Also it’s like a mini date with a friend on days that my schedule doesn’t allow to maybe make an actual friend date. Congrats on 50+ episodes Brooke & Amanda!
