  • Bad Audio

Microphone cracks. Multiple episodes. Completely distracts you. Too bad, the content might have been enjoyable if it wasn’t for the terrible audio.

  • Boring and slow and silly

Those guys were good, now they take half of the show, in an attempt to be funny they are just ridiculous or even stupid.

They talk about themselves and they so call “game” and the stories are not interesting unless you know these folks personally.

No much of commenting on the news of the sport. Shame the PGA sponsor this boring talking and no substance.

Better options there for golf news and instruction ( “On the Mark” is a good one or “Golf Weekly”)

I really enjoy this podcast. It's entertaining and within the bounds of their parent company, the PGA Tour, they have a good time and keep it interesting.

  • Out of bounds

This slow moving podcast hosted by two dinosaurs who have just discovered podcasts isn't worth the dragging lead-ins on each episode. If you want to talk weather, however, then this show is for you!

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

MCILROY & YOUNG SATURDAY POST ROUND INTERVIEWS AT THE MASTERS
Q: Rory, what adjustments did you feel you needed to make after a tougher day on the course, and how do you gauge risk on a demanding layout like Augusta?
Rory acknowledged the challenge of bouncing back, stressing the importance of staying present, managing the day's schedule, and focusing on the process rather than outcomes, while recognizing there are high-quality players in contention.
McILROY FRIDAY POST ROUND INTERVIEW "LIVE" FROM THE MASTERS
Q: Rory, could you talk us through the chip on 17 and what determined your approach?
He explains the chip was about finding a good landing spot, reading the slope, and trusting the technique to deliver the right trajectory and speed, which ultimately led to the successful shot and the added momentum from the crowd.
McILROY FRIDAY POST ROUND INTERVIEW "LIVE" FROM THE MASTERS
Q: It was sublime. Do you want to tell us how you feel about it?
He reviews the round with calm confidence, highlighting continued focus, the importance of short-game work, and how the course allowed him to capitalize on opportunities while maintaining aggressive but controlled shotmaking.
RORY MCILROY CHAMPION'S PRESS CONFERENCE LIVE FROM THE MASTERS
Q: Rory, will you celebrate differently this time around than last year?
I'll celebrate to the fullest, acknowledging golf's unpredictability and enjoying the moment, while planning a smooth return; I've waited long to win the Masters and want to savor it without overindulgence.
RORY MCILROY CHAMPION'S PRESS CONFERENCE LIVE FROM THE MASTERS
Q: Rory, congratulations. You kind of essentially seized the lead in the tournament on Amen Corner. What was your mentality going to those three holes and was it different than in years past?
I stayed aggressive and committed through Amen Corner, especially on 12 and 13, because the course challenge demanded it, and I believed that staying patient with good swing mechanics would payoff rather than fearing the moments.
