I found this podcast a couple of weeks ago while looking up information on Calabrese food (my dad was born there). I then listened to another and another and another and so on! Really interesting stuff. I consume A LOT of food media and this is some of the best I’ve come across. Only complaint is that I want longer episodes! That can’t be a bad thing.
