    This show was one of the main ones I listened to in preparation for a trip to Italy. I’m so glad I was able to listen to many episodes. The information was very helpful and I found it to be correct. I’m glad I heard the episode about how to dress for the heat. Even though we traveled at the end of September, Florence was unbelievably hot and humid. I was prepared with wicking T’s and a skirt that I wore each day with the biker shorts-style undergarment for keeping my thighs from chaffing. I knew... more
