    They are a God send. Because of their work online I got diagnosed and got the help I needed. I hope they continue the good work they are doing in bringing awareness to this issue and helping people get the treatment they need.

  • Don’t Over normalize it.

    Since being diagnosed I have been recovering more than ever. NOCD has been part of that. I’m glad that we have this podcast. That being said I feel like it’s something that everyone could claim to have. If everyone has something, then it’s not a disorder. Also, why do I have to turn off vpn to play these shows? Keep up the good work.
