I enjoy the podcast although there seems to be some clear revisionist history. You continue to give Democratic Governors and other Democrats the credit for overturning the 1992 Act. However it was Chris Christie a republican and wasn’t until Neil Gorsuch who was nominated by a Republican who actually overturned the law. I really enjoy this podcast but you guys lose a star by having stingers that are disproportionately loud, meaning that I have to fish my phone out of my pocket 5 times a cast, and lower the volume for the intro of each segment then bring the volume back up to listen to the content. Otherwise 5 stars!
