    Kendra gets it. This podcast is for parents who are showing up, doing the work, and still wondering why they feel so depleted. No judgment, no toxic positivity, but actual real conversations about what's happening underneath the overwhelm.

    I appreciate that she goes beyond surface-level self-care advice. The episodes on attachment patterns and childhood wiring helped me understand why my nervous system was stuck in overdrive even when life looked manageable on paper.
