  • For Anyone Doing Everything Right and Still Exhausted

Kendra gets it. This podcast is for parents who are showing up, doing the work, and still wondering why they feel so depleted. No judgment, no toxic positivity, but actual real conversations about what's happening underneath the overwhelm.

I appreciate that she goes beyond surface-level self-care advice. The episodes on attachment patterns and childhood wiring helped me understand why my nervous system was stuck in overdrive even when life looked manageable on paper.

Short episodes that fit into... more

  • Highly Recommend

Fulfillment Therapy is the kind of podcast that makes you pause mid-walk and think, “Wow. I needed that.”

The conversations go beyond surface-level self-improvement and into the deeper layers of identity, nervous system health, and what it truly means to feel aligned in your life. It’s thoughtful without being heavy, therapeutic without being clinical, and practical without being preachy.

Every episode feels like a grounded conversation with someone who actually understands the complexity of g... more

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

330 | Are You Addicted to Being Busy? Why Slowing Down Might Be the Most Productive Thing You've Ever Done, with Israa Nasir
Q: So Israa, how did you become aware of these patterns and start researching them in depth?
I started with research, reading papers and writing an essay to bridge the gap between what research says about unresolved emotions and how health self-help literature tends to address habits, which led me to the concept of toxic productivity and its impact on daily life.
328 | Why Is My Child So Anxious? Expert Strategies for Calming Worried Kids and Stressed Parents, with Dr. Mike Ronsisvalle
Q: Why do you think anxiety has become such a dominant issue for our time?
Technology and uncurated information flood our lives with unrealistically high expectations; social media creates a distorted sense of normalcy, and the dopamine-driven feedback loop makes it hard to disengage, contributing to widespread anxiety and stress.
328 | Why Is My Child So Anxious? Expert Strategies for Calming Worried Kids and Stressed Parents, with Dr. Mike Ronsisvalle
Q: Tell us a little bit about how you got into this space and why you're passionate about it.
I was drawn to families and relationships from a young age, trained as a psychologist, and over two decades found a need to focus on healthy relationships and how culture interacts with marriages and families, which led to creating Lib Well Coaching.
326 | Why Do I Feel So Off Lately? The Hidden Hormonal Shifts No One Talks About, with Dr. Maria Sophocles
Q: How do you approach conversations about hormones and treatment with patients who are afraid of taking hormone therapy due to cancer risk or other myths?
Reframe the discussion around absolute risk versus relative risk, present current evidence showing benefits of therapy in the early postmenopausal years, address patient fears directly, and emphasize symptom relief and functional preservation as legitimate reasons to consider therapy when appropriate.
326 | Why Do I Feel So Off Lately? The Hidden Hormonal Shifts No One Talks About, with Dr. Maria Sophocles
Q: What should people do first if they're feeling off and aren't sure whether it's perimenopause or something else like Seasonal Affective Disorder or burnout?
Start with a comprehensive clinical evaluation that includes a primary care physician or behavioral health professional, and consider thyroid and autoimmune screening if indicated. Discuss symptom patterns, triggers, and impact on daily life, then collaborate with a clinician to determine whether hormonal factors are contributory and what appropriate management might look like.
