These brave, sensible women have helped me in my liberation from feminism and faithlessness. Even though I’m a Protestant, I love the humility they display before God, and the discernment they manifest toward a movement that has left countless women discontent, depressed and embittered.
Thank you for ministering to my mind and soul: I wish there were so many more episodes!
Many of your talking points are central to modern and in particular Scandinavian feminism, such as the work to aknowledge the importance of domestic work and the care for children.
When you have a platform for talking it is due to feminism. You are feminists, who choose to work a podcasters… That you wear a dress is hardly anti-feminist…I would suggest that What you critisize is mainly capitalist feminism….
Please make more episodes, I loved listening to you both!
All you hear these days is feminism. This and that. Everybody seemed for it and it seemed to popular. They did a great job at expressing the other side/POV. This is a great podcast.
A point of view you don’t usually hear. If you have traditionally feminine desires and feel secretive or guilty about them, give this a listen. You’ll breathe a sigh or relief.
This is not what feminism is feminism is wanting rights and wanting to be equal to men
Feminism doesn’t mean women are better than everyone else. It doesn’t mean we all have to be the same. It doesn’t mean women can’t stay home or raise a family or practice their religion or carry a pregnancy to term. It is about choices, that we can do those things or get an education or focus on a career or all of the above. It is about being heard and making decisions for our own health, our own bodies and values and goals in life. It is about being seen as capable and brilliant and beautiful. ... more
Why should women put themselves out there if they will be treated horribly? It’s not one-sided ladies. There are jerks on both sides and dating means being vulnerable and be open to possibility. There will be a lot of disappointment but you have to stay hopeful. Also, “dress like a lady”? How about dress like yourself. Be yourself. That’s who you want them to fall in love with.
Your podcast is very closed-minded.
As a new stay-at-home Catholic Mom I feel very empowered listening to this podcast. Absolutely love it!
Don’t bother.
I think what all women are trying to discover is perfection. Not gonna find it. I also liked the podcast which indicates a strong anthropological insight that environment predicts female behaviors for successful marriage and reproduction as per subculture. In the USA there are many. I would be cautious in applying one perspective such as religion to all problems as a solution. Remember to stay in your physical world before your spiritual.
This podcast is a breath of fresh air! Feminism has damaged dating and the family and these women expose the lie of feminism! Highly recommend episode with Leila Miller exposing the wreckage caused by divorce.
This is not only the most dry podcast I have ever listened to, but the content and overall message is self deprecating and damaging for all young women around the world. Shame on you.
We need to set up a movement people!
WHHHHOO HOOOOO
MEN AND WOMEN ARE EQUAL
good job people!
We need to start a men’s rights movement!
I found this podcast by happy accident. Love it. It takes a lot of courage and fortitude to start a podcast on a topic that is seen as being incredibly controversial—but there is truth that needs to be shared, no matter how unpopular it may be at the moment! I'm a 30-something woman who is confident, capable, grateful, joyful in my femininity. And I am well aware that there's really no such thing as good feminism, even if women are convinced there is. (The moment you say "feminism" you are creat... more
