These episodes are 2 of my favorites! They opened me up to trusting myself to make an big amends to myself. To tell another person and my therapist what an absolute boundless person I used to be. Since that day I have changed so much. I am no longer afraid to speak my mind, stand up for myself and I give myself time to feel my feeling, rather then react and do something I would regret and feel shameful about. Thank You, again, Barb! If you havenât listened yet, give it a go.
I was so excited to listen to this episode because of the step by step nature format. I learned I had to try boundaries with âeasyâ people first and progress to boundaries with âdifficultâ people after some practice with the âeasyâ people. It was such a gentle way for me to begin looking after my own needs first and stop jumping to fulfil everyone elseâs before mine. Kirrily
In under less than an hour, she covers topics like acceptance and boundaries. It's like getting advice from a friend. Wonderful show. đ
That was crazy I just sat through 11 minutes of advert
