    I started listening to Bekah during my journey to better my health while trying to have healthier pregnancies! My whole life growing up I never focused much on my health and knew nothing about how my body and cycles actually worked… I thought you have a period once a month, and any time you have sex you will get pregnant.   • Blessings in the hurt

    My dad passed away earlier this year and then I had a miscarriage 2 months ago. This podcast has blessed me in many ways. Doing what i can to ensure this doesn’t happen again. Helping me trust in the Lord with things completely out of my control. All the fertility help has greatly impacted me already! I love this podcast and bekah!
