This podcast touches on a wide range of topics regarding a plant-based diet, from the health aspects to ethical issues to fun vegan recipes to try. I especially enjoyed the interview with Bobby Sud, his activism and passion for animal rights is truly inspiring. I can’t wait to see what topics Krystyna touches on next!
Krystyna is an amazing interviewer! I love the casual format of this podcast and hearing each guest’s definition of kindness at the end.
Krystyna does an amazing job selecting her guests and hosting the podcast. The topics provide a range of views and perspectives with each person giving their own spin on kindness and creating a better world for all animals (human and non-human). I highly recommend this series for anyone staring the vegan journey and/or already a vegan looking for additional inspiration and encouragement.
I really enjoyed your interview with Kayla Worden of Full Circle Farm Sanctuary.
