    While I deeply appreciate what Summer is offering, if you have complex trauma, her messages can be very harmful.

    For example, episode 653 about the unmanifested is a recipe tor spiritual bypassing and for complex trauma survivors to feel badly about themselves. “Don’t be a negative person. Negative people attract negative things. Be positive!”
