Dr. Trubee does a great job of breaking down research and explaining it in a way that is easy to grasp. In a time when you have access to unlimited information it is hard to sift through and know what might be right for you. He does it for you and I can’t wait for more episodes.
This pod is awesome. Dr. T breaks down huge swaths of research on specific topics each week in clear ways. Listeners get the most necessary info on how the research was done, what it found, and how those findings might impact the average listener. As an athlete and a coach myself I cannot recommend enough. I learn a lot with each listen!
Dr. Nick Trubee does a fantastic job breaking down scientific research into an easily understandable language! Reading research articles can be exhausting trying to understand what all the information means, especially if you’re not familiar with the lingo. He breaks terminology down and puts together the pieces of the puzzle for you. I am excited to listen to his future podcasts and look forward to learning from the content he shares!
