Me being me, I was doing some fitness research when I came across Kindal. I was fascinated by her work and saw that she had a podcast. Once I started listening I couldn't stop. The insights, advice, and the guests all have so much to offer and I feel like I have learned so many gems that I can take action on immediately.
Kindal shares a wealth of knowledge about fitness, nutrition, and overall health!
Kindal repeatedly names the incorrect macronutrient and ends up giving a lot of misinformation for those who are otherwise uninformed. I’ve been thinking of unfollowing for a while due to the sheer amount of time spent on self promotion and awful sound quality. If the host was as marketing savvy as she claims, she’d realize people would naturally seek out her services. It’s unfortunate as some of the content was informative.
Love the content and approachable style on which it is shared. Audio is a bit echoey, however.
I love listening to Kindal’s podcast while on walks in the morning. She covers a lot of different topics so you never know what you’ll learn about next 🙂
