    I found this podcast a while ago and never really listened until this summer when I wanted to start changing myself and starting to be healthier and have started to listen to some episodes and have absolutely loved it my favorite podcast and I love listening to all the tips and tricks you have during the summer thank you guys so much

    I have been listening to these guys for a year now. On my walks at the gym and the advice they give is incredible. Not only workout advice also mental and how to stay positive and how to eat healthy. It’s an all in one show. They don’t sell any gimmicks or guide you down the wrong path just straight up honest advice that works for anyone. Thank you so much for your show and what you guys do ! Will be a listener forever.

  • Too much self promotion

    Started listening to the podcast and at first I enjoyed it. I noticed they would self promote themselves for a program they have- okay cool that was 1-2 episodes and then I realized it’s a reoccurring thing and whenever they talk about a subject they bring it back into what they’re selling. Felt like a really pushy time sales team
