  • Refreshing and Informative

    I love Bradee’s approach of combining heavy lifts that mimic athletic, outdoor hiking movements for a healthy mindset around nutrition. Her workouts kick my butt, but by doing them consistently I have become a better hiker and snowboarder.

    She drops so many golden nuggets to us listeners- give it a listen and take notes!
