    I just listened to the episode on how to eat on holiday and really enjoyed Dr Orlena’s practical and down-to-earth take on it. There is nothing worse, in my book, than being made to feel ashamed of the odd blow out and Dr Orlena is the opposite - she gives useful ways in which to MANAGE blow outs! And as a mum of multiple kids, gives actionable ways of juggling their (perhaps less healthy) demands with what your goals might be (such as seeing food choices as just that, not deprivations).
