  • Not Christian

    While all of these are great ideas -it’s a lot more new age than I thought, you can find all of these truths and ideas in scripture.

    I believe I’ll stick with my Bible reading and prayer.

    Beware of new age practices and meditation- it can seem like it’s helping but it’s not what the creator of the universe intended for us and can be a lot more like satan’s tactics of selfishness and being your own God.
