  • This was a sales pitch for her program and was not helpful. I have Fibro and am thriving. The one-size fits all, is not helpful. I am not an advocate for people trying to profit from others' suffering. There are good books on the subject of thriving with Fibro. There are free support groups for Fibro sufferers. There are avenues of support that do not cost thousands of dollars.

  • My #1 Go-To Podcast for all things Fibro!

Tami, i have been listening to you for a couple years now and i can honestly say I’ve learned more about fibro from you than anywhere else. I received my diagnosis with zero follow up care in 2000 at the tender age of 21. But for my kids, I would book a flight to Oregon from Pennsylvania just to sit under your tutelage. Through your gentle demeanor and brilliant mind you deliver the information to live day to day with this potentially crippling condition. Thank you forever!

  • Forever grateful.

This podcast has been truly amazing and extremely helpful. I am an end of life doula (with a medical

background) living in Queensland, Australia, who has recently been diagnosed with fibromyalgia. In 2022 I had a tumour removed from the base of my spine and after many months of pain both before and after, and trying all the things both holistic and pharmaceutical, the specialists and I were left wondering why I just wasn’t getting “better”. And then the light bulb moment - could this be Fibro, ... more

How Do I Know If My Fibromyalgia Is Improving? Ask the Coach
Q: What does improvement mean in terms of medications and coaching?
Improvement doesn't mean you abandon all treatments; it means you're doing things that help you feel better, and you may be able to reduce how often you rely on medications or coaching over time. The goal is to feel better, not to eliminate medication at all costs, and to continue appropriate therapies as needed.

Q: What tools and methods should you use to track progress effectively?
