Fed with Chris van Tulleken is a new food podcast, investigating the entangled web of forces that shape what ends up on our plates. In the first series, Planet Chicken, Chris digs into the story of one of the most widely eaten meats on earth - to try to get to the truth of why we eat so much of it, and what that means for the birds, for us, and for the planet.
If there's one thing Chris knows, it'... more

Really well researched, written and executed. Perfect no nonsense science based approach to an issue much more complex than we (don’t) think.
A fantastic and well rounded look at an aspect of global food systems.
Chris explores poultry farming in depth and pretty much answers any question you’d imagine along the way.

Can’t lie, the last episode really got me questioning what I choose to eat and just how ethical I really am. Great listen all the way through. Highlighting pros & cons and letting you the consumer decide, once the facts are presented, what options are available when sourcing your Sunday roast.
Love Chris’ presenting style, always know you’re in safe hands.

I’d recommend to anyone interested in where their food comes from
