  • Love this podcast!!!

The ladies on this show and their perspective is always so helpful. I learn so much about my emotional issues with food. But they don’t shame trying to lose weight either, they aren’t anti diet… they are just anti short term diets. I have learned from Leslie and her team, that I need to find a way of eating, FOR LIFE. I feel like it’s a therapy session for free when I listen every week!!!

I’m still healing my dieter brain and learning how to process my feelings rather than eat them. But the FREEDOM is beyond anything I experienced i... more
