I just stumbled onto FLF on FB gave the short story a listen. I have been very inspired by Phoebe and Mercedes. They talk honestly and don’t sugar coat the ease of losing weight. They don’t promote expensive products to add to your diet. I have not tried her yo yo class but am signed up waiting for next class to start.
