  • So much potential!

I was so excited when I heard there was a FASTer Way podcast but sadly, so much of it is Amanda talking about her super privileged life and complicated health problems. Maybe save that for insta stories and give more advice and support or even bts of FASTer Way HQ..

  • Contradictions

With each podcast, Amanda is increasingly fixated on her own insomnia, sickness, fatigue, mold reactions etc. & deep dives into extreme detail about the parasite cleanses, liver detoxes, & colonics she does to address her issues. Yet - she plugs how amazing her Faster Way diet & fasting is for your health. If the plan is so great - why isn’t it working for her?

  • Informative guests

Really interesting guests but Amanda spends too much time talking on each episode. Would appreciate more time focused on the content from the guest and less about the hosts personal opinions. Honestly I think Amanda should just listen more.

The HRT Conversation Nobody Is Having
Q: Why avoid daily progesterone in early perimenopause?
Daily progesterone can blunt the natural hormonal rhythm and may worsen sleep for some, whereas a rhythm-based approach respects the body's cycles and uses progesterone strategically to support target phases, improving overall health outcomes rather than merely masking symptoms.
The HRT Conversation Nobody Is Having
Q: What tools or tests support this approach?
A comprehensive endocrine workup including thyroid, adrenal health, DHEA, and sex hormones, plus cycle tracking with devices like the Mira mirror monitor to test LH, FSH, estradiol, and progesterone metabolites in real time; this allows adjustments that static lab tests or patches may not capture.
The HRT Conversation Nobody Is Having
Q: So interesting. Tell me a little more about rhythmic HRT and who should consider it, and when?
Rhythmic HRT is a cyclical approach that aligns hormone dosing with the body's natural cycle, starting earlier than menopause to support rhythm, not just symptom suppression. It involves phase-based dosing (increasing then decreasing through the cycle) and often uses progesterone later in the cycle to protect the uterus and support bone and brain health; monitoring with cycle mapping helps tailor treatment for perimenopause, rather than applying a one-size-fits-all regimen.
Self-Defense, Safety & Real-World Strategies with Cesalina Gracie
Q: How do you normally tell if someone is good or bad intentioned in daily life?
The guest describes using intuition, maintaining composure, and assessing behavior through eye contact and direct questions to gauge intent.
Is It Perimenopause? The Symptoms, the Science, and the Solutions with Dr. Heather Hirsch
Q: When is hormone therapy appropriate to start, and how do you approach dosing and balancing estrogen and progesterone for perimenopause?
Start when symptoms begin; treat based on how the patient feels, and balance estrogen and progesterone according to dose, cycle phase, and whether the patient has a uterus; in perimenopause, cycling is still possible, and dosing may need frequent adjustments.
