While the episode of "Farm to Fork: The Innovators" featuring Jeffrey Amoscato, Senior Vice President of Supply Chain and Menu Innovation at Shake Shack, promised insights into the intersection of culinary expertise and supply chain management, it ultimately fell short of expectations.

Farm to Fork offers tremendous reflection and insight into food supply chain challenges and opportunities. But even more, David asks great questions in such a personable manner that the podcast becomes a forum for how to merge business integrity and personal ethics. A critical show for those inside and meaningful interviews for any business.
What a neat look back into time within the food supply chain world. Loved the history between you and two and look forward to other iconic episodes. Really love his former campaign , “ WE HAVE THE MEATS!!” and so do my kids! We scream it ever time 🤣also love the fact he’s a Southside Cubs fan! North side Cubs fan here that got to take my kids to that World Series 🤩
Really great insights in this episode. I’m talking with some partners about opening a restaurant in Atlanta and some of what we are trying to think about is our Philosophy around working with our employees, suppliers, and customers. Will definitely be listening to more and more episodes as they come out. While we will never be Arby’s - some interesting insights around transparency and how to make a restaurant a great customer to suppliers.
David does a great job having meaningful conversations around the food service space. Look forward to all the future information!
