    I wish I had this podcast when I had my first baby!!! I had SO wanted to have an unmedicated birth with my first. If I had known some of the tips and approaches Audrey teaches on this podcast, I think I would have been successful with that goal. This is a must-listen for moms who are desiring an unmedicated birth experience!

  • Every pregnant mom NEEDS to listen to this podcast!!!

    Wow! I wish I had Audrey in my ear when I was pregnant with my kids. Even not being pregnant, I felt my body physically calming down and feeling at peace hearing her comfort and wisdom spill out. Much of what she said can be applied to life and motherhood in general, so I plan to continue to listen and gather her pearls of wisdom. What a wonderful blessing for moms. Well done Audrey!!!
