I’m so glad I found this podcast! I had a home birth with my first baby and that was at the same time I was going through the process of becoming Catholic. I love being Catholic, but I feel out of place when I talk to other moms about things like home birth, placenta encapsulation, declining interventions, etc. because they look at me like I’m crazy. We agree on bring pro-life and pro-baby but we’re not on the same page about the birth model. So I’m grateful to have found a podcast that combines... more
I’m so glad I happened to stumble upon Eve’s podcast one day. I’ve been listening to it throughout my pregnancy - most often in the third trimester - and it has put my mind at ease regarding labor and delivery. I will have to report back once baby is here, but I absolutely love everything this podcast stands for!
So thankful to Eve and this work God has called her to. I first found her course (that I’m in the midst of completing and love!) and now her podcast and it all has been so so meaningful and helpful to me as I prepare for my 5th baby! It’s hard not to wish I had her insights for my previous births.. especially my 4th that went haywire in the hospital system- she is so so spot on in all that she educates on in terms of finding the right provider for you and being informed and empowered on what to ... more
I absolutely love the faith, medical, and holistic perspective of this podcast. It’s made me feel empowered and equipped to have my baby in March! I feel equipped to be calm and confident while having a baby through all the info in this podcast!
This lady right here!!! just started listening, and I had to instantly follow this Podcast channel! As a true believer in Jesus Christ, and dedicated Christian, I feel that she models what believers, and walking by faith truly looks like! She has changed my perspective about those who practice Catholicism. I haven’t met many Catholics who actually practice what they believe, or have a true intimate personal relationship with God! Speaking from a person who has witnessed family members who were ... more

A faith-forward birth-focused show that blends Catholic Christian spirituality with practical, evidence-informed guidance on natural, physiological birth. Episodes emphasize preparation, informed decision-making, minimal unnecessary interventions, and a holistic approach to mothering—covering topics from unmedicated birth, VBAC, and home or birth-center options to postpartum recovery and faith-based mindset. Noteworthy is the strong integration of faith with birth education (brain science, labor physiology, and movement) and the recurring use of expert guests like midwives, doulas, and clinicians to empower listeners to advocate for their birth preferences within various care settings.
