    Jackie Fletcher and Louise Reynolds have created the best keto / low carb podcast that I’ve found. Some massive names in the keto / low carb space, and Jackie and Louise have a lovely podcast manner. It has led me off on other interesting avenues and to other podcasts. Just finally caught up so am writing a review. Also lovely how Jackie and Louise personalise the podcasts, with their life stories. Also a bit of a spoiler, when Louise goes back to Australia and steps back, it’s like a soap opera... more

I promoted low fat for most of my life and started understanding low-carb diets around 2012 when I noticed metabolic flexibility issues and the impact of diet on health during my research.
