Listened to the one in St Pete. He doesn’t really want to get to know the area and people, he describes it as seedy and brings a real estate agent on to discuss St Pete. They described the area as “having room for gentrification” and make no mention of it being a historically black neighborhood.
It’s literally the last place African Americans have in the county left to live due investors displacing them.
