    I love this podcast! Colleen and her guests are so knowledgeable and experienced in the nutrition field. As a nutrition and dietetics student and future RD, I learn so much from tuning in. It’s way more enjoyable than reading a textbook and every episode has tips that are applicable for real life practice.     This podcast is incredible and very easy to listen to. Colleen makes the information digestible and applicable and gives excellent tips for counseling. Her emphasis on “meeting the patient where they are“ is extremely valuable and her guests are always knowledgeable and excellent additional resources. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.
